Massage Ovaries
To keep young, each morning while still in bed, massage and rhythmically tap the area over your ovaries and breath deeply.

In order to daily recuperate your body deeply relax on your back for 11 minutes twice daily. Make this a sacred ritual.

Woman's Self-Care

The effect of moon in a woman is threefold.  First, it gives her lots of intellectual thoughts.  Second, she wanes and waxes according to the movement of her inner moon in relation to the outer moon.  Sometimes if she's not sharp it makes her to look very confused.  Third thing which woman has to understand is the difference in her menstruation cycle, her moon cycle and the moon outside.  Therefore, it is very essential for a woman to lie down on her belly, palms up and meditate on the SA TA NA MA meditation for half an hour.  Chin is on the ground, and head is straight.  This meditation is only for woman, not for men. This is a meditation every woman should do before any meditation on this earth. Woman needs it to balance between these three energies:  outer moon effect, her own zodiac moon effect, her inner moon cycle.  It takes care of you.

One day a week she must go on wheat berries.  They will enhance your sense of taste, build strong gums and teeth and prevent intestinal tract problems and lower back pain.  It is almost impossible for women who have started this to even notice menopause up to their death.  If you really want to know what a beautiful old woman can be, ask Bibiji to describe her mother.  I sometimes tell her, "Seeing your mother, I marrried you.  Otherwise, I would not have taken any risk.."   She was the most beautiful, well featured and elegant woman.  I have never seen any young woman of any age who could compete with her beauty.  She was the most beautiful woman among hundreds of thousands of women I have seen.  She maintained a perfect schedule in eating and sadhana.  Whether she had to go somewhere or not, at 4:00 p.m. she would have milk with almond oil. After that she would definitely dress herself up.  Even after my father-in-law died she maintained her routine honestly and exactly.  It is a way to adapt your life.  Do not let time and circumstance adapt you. Adapt a way of life and live it.

Sometimes you forget how important sesame oil is for a woman.  It has the capacity to stimulate energy equal to the strongest alcoholic drink without making your brain foolish.  It is a wonderful stimulant.  It has been estimated that a woman who takes sesame oil before menstruation and keeps taking it during the menstruation cycle and for 4 or 5 days following does not feel weakness of any sort.

A woman is required to give her body a massage.  Some pay ten dollars to get their cheeks pulled and they think that this is a massage.  Some get their breasts massaged and subconsciously it is a social, sexual act.  I am aware of that sickness.  The proper massage is done with almond or olive oil.  It is applied to the entire body. After ten to fifteen minutes you will be surprised to see that the oil has been completely rubbed into the skin.  You can put oil on a roller which is attached to a wall and rub the back up and down on the roller.  It is very good for the spine and removes tension from the shoulders and lower back.  It must be done manually.  After massaging your body, you must rest for fifteen minutes. A woman requires eleven minutes total relaxation twice a day.   It is her constitutional requirement."
