Tarn Taran Kaur Recalibrate Self

Recalibrate Myself

Posted on
Hello friends, For the last three or four years, I have been profoundly recalibrating myself….

Welcome to the new Kundalini Women website. It is my intention to share my life experiences in and out of the yoga room. During the last three years, I have reflected deeply on my life, as most of us have.

My family has been an incredible support. Each one is an extraordinary being and I am very excited to share them with you on my website.

My husband of 50 years and a legacy Kundalini Yoga trainer, Tarn Taran Singh, will sing you his heartfelt songs and share his authentic wisdom.

Our daughter, Madhur Nain Webster, is a mother of two independent creative young men and a California-licensed psychotherapist specializing in Marriage and Family therapy. As a lifelong dedicated meditator, she has developed meditation music which she introduces to her clients.

Welcome to Kundalini Women

Hello friends,
As the Spring energies began the nature wake up, I felt the wake up call, too. Wow!

Besides my personal energy wakeup, I feel a deep cellular calling to start expressing about so many things that have been slumbering within my being. I am not sure where this will lead me at this moment, however, life is always an exciting adventure.

Sending you bountiful blessings and peace,

Tarn Taran Kaur

The Stressless Brain is the culmination of my lifelong experience with Kundalini Yoga and years’ worth of psychotherapy. It is my intention that my book will serve as an introduction for people to use meditative tools in order to change, transition, and ultimately heal their stress and anxiety.

“Life poked me hard in 2017 with the loss of two dear friends, Guru Dass Singh and Sada Sat Singh.  At the same time I was turning 70 (how did that happen?) and retiring from role as the Executive Director of Teacher Training at KRI, and ending 47 years of institutional responsibility with our 3HO community.”
