Miracle Mantra:

Repeating this mantra five times on one breath, expands your lungs and pushes prana throughout your body so you are more alert and present in the moment. All arm exercises strengthen your nervous system and when your arms are at a sixty degree up and open, a subtle nerve (nadhi) in the armpit dissolves thoughts of fear.

Maintain steady in your core and move your upper body with the Celestial Communication movements. Chant with eyes open and smile.
